My 15 year old has been collecting cards for years. He has never had time to look through them and doesn't even know what he has. He has a 2 big storage containers full and wants to get rid of them to make more room. He has picked these up anywhere from auctions, garage sales, to flea markets over the years. I am guessing that there are 5000 plus cards. Some are in the boxes and others are in folders and some that haven't been opened. There are also a few basketball and football cards as well. There are a few boxes of the micro cards as well. He is wanting $250.00 but may take less. I have attached just a few pictures below but there are a lot more than what is shown plus the "Quality of Courage" book by Mickey Mantle.

This Whiskey decanter set is just beautiful. It was purchased by my mother in Bavaria over 40 years ago...my father was in the service and that was where we were stationed at the time...she gave 75.00 for the set back in 1967, and that was a good deal of money back then! The decanters are so heavy! The set has never been used, it was just a decorative item. As far as condition, on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 9.9....just because there is no such thing as a 10....but seriously, it's in perfect shape! I've done some research on this and found that a set of decanters like these go for around $1,000.00.

I have here a McCoy cookie jar, it is marked on the bottom. I cannot make out the other marking probably a model number. This jar was a present to my Mom in 1952. I have eaten cookies out of it for over 50 years, probably why I am a bit hefty! The lid has a 1/2" long chip on the edge, you can see it at the top of the pictures. There are many many age cracks/lines but no other missing areas. The jar stands a little over 6.5" tall and about 7 " at the widest point. It is cream and tan colored with some green leaves. It is in a protective sleeve and the spine is completely intact with virtually no wear! Cover is in excellent shape, brightly colored with some minor fraying on outside right edge. Here are the grading guidlines: NEAR MINT/NEAR MINT- GRADES NEAR MINT : 9.4 NEAR MINT - : 9.2 This book is an excellent copy with great eye appeal.
It is vibrant and clean with supple pages. The spine may have a couple of very small stress lines at the most 1/4 inch the surface color around the line must not be noticeably broken. The spine is almost completely flat. The cover is relatively flat with almost no surface wear and the cover inks are generally bright with medium to high reflectivity. The staples may show some discoloration, but it's not too noticeable on first glance. The inside pages and covers usually will be off-white to white, but can be creamy or slightly yellowish.
