I have dropped the rent to $600.

So, the rent is $600 a month.
The Deposit due to it's condition is $450
So it will cost $1050 to move in.

This would be ideal for a single person.
Or a couple WITHOUT children.
The area is not KID FRIENDLY.
NO PETS.
And No pets, means just that, NO PETS.
