I've had her for about 20 years and never needed a title until Missouri. The dept of ecology can get you a title.
Barter for what?
I could fix up an old vehicle or something useful. I don't need junk like game consoles.
More interested in tools or even materials. Maybe an old car, van, or truck that needs tlc.
