1973 Evinrude 65 HP outboard boat motor. I was told it ran before put in dry storage about 10 years ago. Seems to have good compression. I know nothing about boat motors . It is complete with the battery hookup and motor power pilot controller that bolts onto the boat . Might trade for guy stuff . I have a good title.
