The three Adlake Keys that I have fit the steel Adlake locks shown in the picture with their spike chains still attached. They are the hollow barrell style. There is a fourth, slightly smaller, brass, hollow, barrell style key marked "Erie" (Erie, PA) on it.
There is a NYCS (New York Central Systems) railroad lock with no key.
