We are buying a newer SUV with 4wd and a little tow capacity and have the Fusion up for sale. It's been a good car for us and probably has probably many more miles left in it. Though there are a few things that may need to be done: 1. The plastic covers over the tail lights lost adhesive and were lost. 2. The passenger window would roll down and sometimes not roll up. Maybe just a connection in the switch? Anyway I just put duct tape over the button so we don't use it. 3. I'm in KC doing about 70mph in the middle lane another car is next to me on the left and right lane. Some nut goes between me and the car on the left where there is no lane!! He hits the left car's side then bangs into my side then speeds away. Luckily the Fusion did not lose control. The damage was the left side mirror was dangling by a wire and slight dents above the back wheel well driver's side. I replaced the mirror with a black one so it does not match and the dent was not bad and we didn't bother reporting it. 4. Drivers seat back rest has a tear. 5. Little tread on some tires. 5. Hearing a squeak or crunching over bumps and think the struts need replaced.
We have done oil changes with the mechanic every 3000 miles and you can see the docs. The mechanic retired and so I do them at 3000 miles so the wife stops nagging me. One of the best features I liked was folding down all seat except for the drivers and bring home 8 foot 2x4's.
We swept it out some and did not wash it and you're are buying it "as is" with cash or trade. Trades or partial trades are round bales, 3 pt post hole digger, lumber, tractor with loader and cab. Our phone is 417-250-six zero43.
