We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field ACA Lead Generators. In this independent contractor role, you will work in the field engaging directly with individuals to generate qualified Affordable Care Act (ACA) leads for our licensed agents. This is a face-to-face, community-based position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and working independently.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with individuals in assigned field locations (events, retail areas, community locations, etc.)
• Educate prospects on the availability of ACA health coverage options
• Pre-qualify individuals based on basic eligibility guidelines
• Collect accurate contact information and required details for licensed agents
• Submit completed leads promptly and accurately
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with ACA marketing guidelines
• Track daily activity and lead submissions
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation for travel to field locations
• Smartphone or tablet for submitting leads
Compensation:
• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Performance-based pay (per qualified lead and/or enrollments)
