Cellar 417 is a chef-driven wine bar and craft kitchen located near beautiful Table Rock Lake. We’re known for curated wines, scratch-made food, self-pour wine experiences, live music, and creating memorable guest experiences in a warm, elevated atmosphere.
We are looking for a hospitality-focused Server/Bartender who loves people, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys creating great experiences for guests.
This is more than just taking orders and pouring drinks — it’s about helping create the atmosphere and energy that make Cellar 417 special.
Responsibilities
• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests
• Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and self-pour wine experiences
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support live music nights, wine dinners, and special events
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers
What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Hospitality mindset and team-first mentality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bartending or serving experience preferred
• Wine knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to teach the right person
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and coachable
