We have 2 whole hogs remaining from this years group. These are Idaho Pasture Pigs (IPP). They are a mix of Duroc, Berkshire, and Kunekune breeds, resulting in a faster-growing animal with flavorful meat that matures to a 230–250 lb live weight in about 9–10 months. Our pigs are humanely treated and graze in pastures not feed lots. They eat mostly grass and hay and supplemented daily with small amounts of high protein fermented feed. They also get lots of treats from our garden. The marbled meat is wonderful and lard is great for all cooking.

They will be delivered to Zimmerman meats in Summersville, Mo. December 1. Price is $3.50lb hanging weight, processing is NOT included in price, you will arrange that directly with Zimmermans. Meat can be picked up in Summersville or Marshfield. $200 deposit required.
