The Goodman GCH90 two-stage gas furnace typically runs up to 90% of the time at a low speed that maintains the temperature of your home on most days at 95% AFUE, automatically engaging second stage on demand. Uses ordinary single stage thermostat and wiring. For Nat Gas, or LP with conversion kit.

Goodman GCH90904CXAB 92,000 BTU (140,000 equivalent) condensing gas furnace (for PVC plastic chimney pipe). Downflow, air goes in top and comes out bottom, or crossflow. With manual.
Removed from job after original owner passed away and heirs didn't pay for job. Just been sitting on pallet in back of shop.
Includes an uncased TXV A-coil that was in service at the time.
A word about furnace sizing: Furnaces are sized by Fuel Input, not Heat Output. A 92,000 BTU 90% furnace will heat about the same space as a 140,000 BTU old style furnace.
I will guarantee this to work when installed according to Mfgr's instructions (within 30 days of purchase), in the same manner that the factory does (supply an equivalent replacement part when verified defective original part is submitted, does not include labor or service call, with furnace installed as factory specifies).
Does not include licenses or taxes. I have closed my DOR account. Buyer assumes responsibility for professional installation and inspection approval.
