In overall sturdy and decent condition but does have some kitty paw prints in the cushion as can be seen. Shouldn’t matter to much as it should be used with a sheet anyways. Sturdy and height adjustable from a surface height of 24”-34.5”t. Also measures 28”w x 74”l. Pick up is on Battlefield rd just west of Scenic ave at Battlefield Nu-2-U Resale Shoppe.
