These are for people that can not or do not stand to have anything in the ear. These are not Bone Conduction Earphones, these have sound even when not placed on to the skin. Please do not buy thinking these are bone conduction headphones.
I used a pair of these for about 5 hours and they worked great and sounded good, Not sure but these may work good for people with hearing aids or something already in the ear.
Over all I think I'm going to start using them for my every day uses. I'm kind of impressed with them and anything that last over 5 hours is great for me.
