Comes in original opened box with Manual. Pump was bench tested (in a clean portable tank) for ten minutes and operates perfectly. Unfortunately, my well went much deeper than I expected and I had to use a larger HP model. Pump has been stored in its original box since. You are saving at least $200-300 from where I bought from and probably more elsewhere.
