The table can be adjusted down to a 4-seater by removing the middle insert.
This set is from a non-smoking home with no pets.
The table is wood and a little oil will usually bring it back to life beautifully.
The chairs rock AND roll, turn and have wooden armrests for convenience. Guests absolutely LOVE them as do I because the chairs are leather (the parts that touch your body) and are amazingly comfortable.
I made the mistake of sitting some of my plants on the table temporarily without knowing they had a leak in the bottom. Someone with a little "know how" can certainly easily refresh this tabletop to its original glory or simply cover it.
The feet of the table have always been a little uneven and I've easily remedied that with a little piece of cardboard or wood. The table and chairs are comfortable and solid otherwise.
I have tried to capture any imperfections so that there are no surprises when you see it.
