In overall good condition. Price includes all three pieces. Could probably use a little more cleaning,but overall they are in good condition with no major issues. The sofa measures 82”w x 38”d x 36”t with a seat height of 18.5”. The chair has the same measurements except the width which is 34”. The ottoman measures 27”x21”x 14”t. Pick up is on Battlefield rd just west of Scenic Ave at Battlefield Nu-2-U Gallery. All purchases are subject to sales tax.
