Both are comfortable and clean. Overall good condition although the couch has some wear on one corner as shown in the pictures. The sofa measures 102”l x 42”d x 35”t with a seat height of 18”. The loveseat measures 75”l and the rest of the measurements are the same as the couch. Pick up is on Battlefield rd just west of Scenic Ave at Battlefield Nu-2-U Resale Shoppe. All purchases are subject to sales tax.
