In overall good,sturdy condition. I noticed two tiny tears on one arm rest and some discoloration but no major issues. Really cool chair perfect for the lake house or boat deck. Measures 28”w x 29”d x 31”t with a seat height of 18”. Pick up is on Battlefield rd just west of Scenic Ave at Battlefield Nu-2-U Gallery. All purchases are subject to sales tax.
