First come as only a quarter available. Customer wanted more quantity and less lean on another so this quarter now available. Price is 3.50/lb hanging weight so 150lbs in a quarter = $525. plus butcher fees of 154.75 She was mostly grass fed except last 2 weeks of corn chops and hay. You would be getting New York Strips and Filets for steaks instead of T-Bones. Texas County Meats in Cabool next to Shetler's has the meat. I will be slaughtering a smaller 2 yr bull that should be lean as well with halves or quarters available after hanging. So in about 3 weeks. Thanks
