Rosie (red when born) is a 2 y/o Jersey/Angus mix cow with her first calf, Coco. We had to separate her from the other cows because a bigger calf was double dipping. She will let other calves suck. Her mama was a full Jersey. We milked her some and used her as a nurse cow most of the time. Rosie is somewhat friendly and would probably stand to be milked, but we haven’t tried.
We did treat her for parasites about a week and a half ago. Our cows are mostly grass fed, but we do grain some. Four17five43two07five
