Frankie is a 3 yr old registered Jersey due to calve end of August to sexed A2 Jersey semen,she is halter broke ,gentle .but not an in your pocket cow,not to say that with one on one she might not be,but she wasnt one of our show heifers so has not had that handling like some of our others,she can easily give 5 gallons a day fresh .and milks out clean and fast .never any mastitis,no milk fever,maintains her weight well,but we do feed grain,so don't expect production without grain.She would do best with someone who has experience ,not a beginner. She is negative Johnes,A1A2 .We feed 16 to 18 lbs daily through the barn and free choice brome and Alfafa with pasture 24/7 they are machine milked.
