I will be going to Shrocks to process a beef this week. If you are interested in a whole, half, or quarter please let me know. My animals are well cared for. They are raised on grass and given grain the last 30 days to finish. They are calm and very clean. They are Black Angus females weighing around 1200#. I will deliver them to Shrocks and you will pick up the beef after it has been hung, chilled for 10-12 days, and then processed. We sell around 15-20 animals per year for beef.
