New Old stock. Never erected. We bought this probably 10 years ago, from someone else who didn't build it, but we never had the manpower to put it up. The material that comes with it says is an easy DYI and it probably is if you're younger and stronger with a couple of buddies. At my age now it's never going to happen here, so it's for sale.
20x30x12 ft. Open span. Has all the nuts, bolts, and screws that came with it. Also the instruction book and a large bag of foam strips. My husband had someone make the steel troughs it's supposed to be concreted into and those also go with it.
The pitch on the roof is 4:12 and it has straight sides. A solid back wall and open front wall. No other doors or windows or openings.
Sold as is where is and obviously it's a pickup. No delivery.
Payment by cashier's check or wire transfer only.
Side note: I checked on the price of this specific model from the manufacturer a couple of years ago and they were priced at $26,000 plus shipping.
