For the serious meat rabbit raisers, we offer a very nice selection of high-quality, healthy, purebred commercial line TAMUK meat rabbits. TAMUKs were specifically developed by Texas A & M University Kingsville to be a more productive, fast growing, and heat tolerant line of New Zealand's. The TAMUKs are also very popular amongst commercial growers due to their high production rate. With summers growing hotter, heat tolerance is more important now than ever.
Our adult breeders are large - averaging eleven pounds. We purposely breed for early maturity, large litters, excellent maternal instincts, and fast-growing kits. We maintain a diverse line of quality breeding stock so that we can offer unrelated breeding pairs and trios.
We are former ARBA rabbit exhibitors and have been raising and processing rabbits since 1995. If you are just starting out and need guidance in set-up and raising your own healthy and sustainable meat rabbits, we are happy to answer questions to help you be successful! This is an excellent way to raise meat for yourselves and your pets.
