Tamworth are a top gourmet pig breed. We have been raising them since about 1995. I did try other supposedly gourmet breeds of Mangalitsa, Berkshires, Red Wattle, and am also trying now a Mulefoot/Tamworth cross. The other breeds just don't cut it as far as flavor goes. We will see about the recent cross of Mulefoot but since it is half Tamworth it should be good. This boar is daddy to everything I've got and needs to find a new home. He has never shown any aggressiveness and I occasionally scratch his back but have not made a pet out of him. He will make some outstanding pork, bacon, and hams in his progeny. I will deliver within 50 miles of Cloverby Wagyu (Google maps) for a dollar a mile. Call 417-250-six0four3 no text.
