It’s a Graf 1300 Liter “top tank” for water catchment / storage. It’s in solid condition. No cracks, no leaks, etc…
The output hole at the bottom is without a valve (see photo). The top fill hole has a nipple installed (covered with screen in the photo for mosquito control).
