Hello! I’m 27 years old. Female. I have two ESA dogs and I’m currently in need of housing. ISO a 1 bed 1 bath/studio for max of $1,000. I have two ESA dogs and not very good credit (have to pay close to $1,200 for prior rent charges, also making rent payments). I also have 1 prior “eviction” = just paying damages to a previous apartment. Previous apartments have declined us due to bad credit, and another apartment has denied us due to previous damages. Is there a private landlord or does anyone know of a way to get help with that? We are actively trying to pay all that off and have proof of doing so. I just need advice or places that can help with that. I’m homeless but currently living with a family member. Thanks in advance.
