Needing a 4+ bedroom rental. It's just me and my kids. We are needing more space. I have pets,very small. Would also need a fenced in yard and hopefully includes all appliances because I have none. I would like either Reed's Spring school district or Bolivar School district. Would consider anything within a 50 mile radius of Springfield,though. Looking to move with taxes,soon. I don't have good credit,but I pay rent with money,not credit. Have a full time job and multiple incomes.
