Hello,
I’m a full-time mom with a precious little toddler. We are currently at risk of losing our housing because our current property is being repurposed for employees, so we are seeking a safe, clean, and stable place to call home as soon as possible.
A little about me as a tenant:
• I have no evictions & a clean background
• I have no credit but am responsible and reliable
• I do not smoke or drink
• I can pass a drug screen if required
• I have no pets
I can also provide documentation of housing stability, including a housing history affidavit, proof of residency, a character reference, and verification of stay from previous managers.
I am on a fixed income and my budget is up to $750/month including utilities. I understand that this may be lower than typical rents, but I am looking for a landlord willing to work with a reliable tenant in need of housing ASAP.
I am looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment. I would greatly appreciate any leads or availability that could help me secure housing quickly.
