I have four animals (ESA dog, service dog, pet dog, and pet cat). The dogs bark a little but are otherwise very well behaved, the cat is very well behaved. All spayed/neutered and house trained.
I have an eviction record and due to my current living situation am unable to pay off the debt to the old landlord. Once I have stable housing, I can start making payments.
I am being kicked out of my current home by an abusive roommate.
I know there is probably nothing out there but I will try anyway.
I will pass a background check. I don't drink, I don't do illegal drugs, I don't smoke cigarettes, I smoke marijuana for medical purposes but am willing to stop if requested. Never had any trouble with the law. I take care of the property I am in. I can provide personal references. I don't have strangers over, I don't party, I am quiet, respectful, and well-behaved. I am employed full time and make ~20/hour before taxes so can afford around 1k per month in rent. Just need somewhere with good internet so I can work (I work from home).
I am willing to do work for someone in exchange for renting to me. I can watch kids or animals (since I WFH I can watch then while you're at work), do farm chores, clean for you, etc. if necessary while also paying rent.
Happy to stay in an RV on your property, in a guest house, in a spare room (as long as my animals arent an issue), in a garage, in a hotel/motel- anything. Happy to have a roommate/roommates (again, as long as animals arent an issue)
NOT interested in a "dating" arrangement or any kind of illegal activity. (yes, offering housing in exchange for adult activities is ILLEGAL)
