Looking for housing that will work with pets & a prior eviction. Need good internet, fenced yard preferred but not required.
Make 2800/month before taxes & insurance, so can afford accordingly based on that (preferably around 900, but can afford higher depending on income requirement).
Will not pay any fees, applications, deposits, etc. without seeing property in person first.
Willing to provide childcare or pet/livestock care for landlord. I work from home so am always available. I will pass a background check and have experience in both child & pet care.
Will NOT accept "housing for sex" arrangements or anything similar.
