Ozark Mountain Linen is accepting applications for the upcoming spring/summer season.
We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, maintain a positive attitude & be able to perform tasks efficiently & quickly while always prioritizing safety.
Work Hours:
Shift start times vary depending on the position
Must have open availability
Weekends/Holidays may be required
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned duties accurately & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Follow all safety guidelines & company procedures
Meet productivity standards without compromising quality or safety
Sort soiled linen
Operate equipment in accordance with safety procedures
Maintain production speed while ensuring production standards are met
Follow all plant safety policies & procedures
Keep work areas clean & organized
Take directions from supervisors & adjust to workflow demands as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Open availability required due to set scheduling (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed)
Ability to work quickly & efficiently in a high-volume production environment
Commitment to working safely
Reliable transportation is required
Positive demeanor & team-oriented attitude
Ability to take directives & follow instructions accurately
Ability to stand for extended periods & perform repetitive tasks
Prior experience in housekeeping or manual labor preferred
Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
Work Environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
May require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
Fast-paced commercial laundry facility
Exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and industrial machinery
Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and continuous movement
