We are in need of a helper/laborer who is able to work outside in the summer, shows up on time and can take direction.
Other requirements are pretty standard; basic hand tools including a drill set, consistent access to a vehicle during the work day (no drop-offs). I really would prefer someone with at least one year of experience in some trade or another, but I am willing to defect from this, if appropriate.
We are an elite remodeling company, that is currently restaffing, and you will be performing many tasks such as: rough and finish carpentry; flooring; countertops; drywall; painting; setting tile; electrical; plumbing; roofing; additions; etc.
We cut no corners, so you will learn how to do this job correctly.
Alcohol and/ or drugs are not permitted on the jobsite and consumption off of the jobsite, during work hours, is also prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy toward "hard drugs."
This job will start around 20 per hour. Paid weekly. W2 employees are preferred, but 10-99 work could be considered. Major holidays are paid after 30 days and vacation time is available once other time requirements are met. All of this can be gone over during the interview.
