Job Summary
Concepts by Design is hiring a Lead Installer to oversee cabinet installations from delivery through completion. This position leads installation crews onsite, ensures quality standards are met, and serves as the primary point of contact between installers and project management. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong technical skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise cabinet installation crews onsite
Install cabinets according to design plans and specifications
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Perform final quality checks before job completion
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
Train and mentor new installers
Communicate with project managers and customers
Maintain tools, vehicles, and clean job sites
Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of cabinet or installation experience
Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with installation tools and equipment
Valid Missouri Driver’s License (required)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Willing to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed
