Do you have experience in Painting inside Houses and Apartments ?
We need Experience Cleaners and painters and Experience Trash out people to get Apartments ready for the next tenants .
You must have your own supplies such as :
Drop cloth and painting brushes and rollers
We will provide the paint
Cleaners must have there own cleaning supplies
We have 2 positions Available

These jobs pay 60% to you on per service you provide
Stop waisting your time on hourly pay ,make the money you deserve
Bonus after 60 days
Only looking for Applicants that has experience in Cleaning Apartments and Trash removal or junk removal
You must have references and can pass a criminal background or Random drug screen if needed
All jobs are paid every other Friday
All jobs must pass Inspection for payment
No advances or fuel advances on any job
All jobs can lead to full time after 90 days
All jobs are day hours only !
Working Hours are 8am to 5pm

Trash outs
Details :
Empty cabinets and drawers , Closets, bathroom , bedroom , kitchen such as fridge and freezer and inside ovens and drawers and cabinets on top of everything all appliances stay but furniture and trash all must go
Move in move out Cleaning Details :
Deep cleaning all appliances inside and out such as fridge and freezer and inside oven and outside oven all appliances must be removed swept behind and mop behind appliances , Kitchen and hood vents must be clean ,walls,baseboards,cabinets inside and out , clean all drawers , clean and wipe down all electrical outlets plates and light switches , bathrooms such as toilets tubs and walls and all flooring and closets , bedrooms and closets , window blinds and shades and window seals , swept all floors and mops all floors , all cob webs removed and dust all fans and vents .
All apartments must be ready to move in
Call Monday thru Friday only 8am to 1pm
