Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Junk Removal Crew Member (1099 Contractor) – Driver / Helper! As part of our crew, you’ll be responsible for safely loading, unloading, and removing junk from residential and commercial properties. Your role will also involve driving your personal truck and or trailer, navigating routes efficiently, and assisting with heavy lifting to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities
Safely operate Personal truck and other vehicles to transport junk to disposal or recycling centers.
Load and unload debris, furniture, appliances, and other items with proper lifting techniques and safety precautions.
Assist customers by providing friendly service, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the removal process.
Follow designated routes for timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining accurate logs of completed jobs.
Use manual transmission vehicles and equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary to move heavy items efficiently. Paid for by the Company.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate job assignments and report any issues or safety concerns promptly.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not W-2 employment.

Skills
Customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members.
Experience working in warehouses or similar environments involving heavy lifting and moving items.
Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license; familiarity with backing trailers.
Delivery driver experience including route planning and navigation skills.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper techniques; physically fit for manual labor tasks.
Knowledge of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other loading tools is a plus.
Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles; experience as a courier or load & unload specialist is advantageous.
