• Manage all warehouse functions, including receiving, unloading, stocking, pallet organization, staging, picking, and loading tile and stone materials.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble & granite.
• Coordinate inbound freight deliveries and outbound customer pickups, including communication with installers, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain efficient organization within the warehouse to support the showroom and Stone Gallery operations.
Inventory Management
• Oversee inventory accuracy for tile, stone slabs, and accessory materials.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
• Communicate low stock thresholds to purchasing and management to ensure continued product availability for clients.
Safety & Compliance
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA guidelines and industry safety standards.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Equipment & Facility Oversight
• Oversee maintenance and daily operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and ensure equipment is inspected and functioning safely.
• Support the Stone Gallery team by maintaining clear pathways for slab movement and fabrication workflow
