this is a beautiful instrument it does play but has air leaks and would need to be cleaned , leathers replaced and bellows tested for air tightness .
It does have shoulder straps and a left hand bass strap.
It one would invest in the repairs to bring it up to specs you would have a great instrument , it does have two registers on the right hand pictured is the slide shifter.
I have no case for the instrument will need to be picked up or arrange a meet and transaction
