Anywhere between Monett and Neosho. If you would be willing to rent out a space to 2 professional musicians, we would love to pay you. If we can come and go without disturbing you, play at any reasonable hour of the day, and promise you ( no shenanigans, no drugs/alcohol etc) we are willing to rent out a space from you.
