Black Lab/English Pointer Mix pup (Aldrich)

He was born June 1, 2025 making him 8 months old. We got him at 8 weeks old and he has been an excellent dog! He is highly intelligent, potty trained to go outside right off the bat (taps his nose to the back door to go outside), very lovable, great with children and other dogs, listens well, crate trained, the list could go on and on. He really is a wonderful dog and will make someone the BEST pet. With three kids, we just overestimated the amount of time we would have for him to get his energy out and I feel so bad for him because he loves being outside, going on walks/runs, playing fetch (although we're still working on bringing the ball back consistently lol). I would really love to find him the perfect fit, so he will not be going to just anyone.
He is a very large dog and will most likely get bigger before he is full grown. He is up to date on shots but is not fixed yet as our vet recommended waiting until a year to 1.5 yrs since he is such a large breed. (I have pictures of his parents that I can share)
There will be a rehoming fee and lots of questions for you, to ensure he goes to a good home that is a good fit, so please don't enquire if not seriously interested and able to provide proof that he'd be a good fit for you.
