Shadow. 2 year old great dane mix. Had her first litter of puppies (accidental). We thought she would be more mellow, turns out having puppies made her worse. She has destroyed the fence trying to get away from her puppies. Won't come when you tell her to come if she thinks she is in trouble or if you are stern with her. Will lay on top of anything, caught her laying on top of her dog house and our grill 🤦‍♀️😅 loves to lean on you as if you are needed to support her giant body 🤣😅
Now on to the good. She is house broke, walks on a leash great, enjoys car rides, knows sit, down, stay, come, no 😅, is amazing with kids just can't hold her licker lol. Her nickname is Lizard for that reason 🤣. She loves my cat but he's not interested in her. She is also around outdoor birds (chickens/ducks) and has never once bothered them. She loves their eggs though! She is a great gaurd dog, will let you know if someone is around. Loves to be a couch potato.
All this being said I think she would do great as either the only dog or with another dog around her age 😊 she enjoys other dogs but I think she would benefit from getting the attention. If you are interested in her please let me know ✨️😊
