1959 Cadillac Red Plastic Taillights (4) modified with Red Plastic (plexiglass) Flanges attached to fit GM, Chevy or other older vehicles of the '60s era. Used on my 1963 Corvette for years. Two hole mounting pattern. Uses stock clear #1157 taillight bulb. Never had overheating of the plastic using stock bulbs. Made/modified these in the mid/late 70s. Using Caddy taillights was a popular street modification in the '60s and early '70s but had to use the GM originals which did not fit all desired applications. Stored in individual plastic bags and a box.
Cork Gaskets included (4), outside diameter 3", thickness 1/8". Kept in a plastic bag and a box.
Taillight dimensions are: Overall length 4 7/8" including Flange, Flange thickness 3/16", Flange outside diameter 3 3/16", Screw hole pattern 2 7/8". Uses stock vehicle machine thread screws for installing. Screw holes do go through side of taillight body at flange interface.
Note: Your taillight bezels MUST allow for an outside diameter of 3 3/16" taillight mounting flange for these to fit and must be the same two screw hole mounting as stated above.
Condition is good - not perfect. Will only sell all 4 together. These were not a stock item. They had to be hand made/modified at the time.
The last five photos show 1959 Cadillac taillights installed on a 1958 Impala from the movie American Graffiti.
