265 ci engine block correct casting # for 1955 Chevy. This block has the road draft tube breather hole. According to my father this engine was rebuilt and bored out. It was bored too close to the water jackets and would run hotter than the owner liked so it was removed. The cylinders would need to be sleeved to be used. The crankshaft must be desirable as I have several people wanting it.

Casting # 3703524 Date code on back end of block is G205.
