Flex-A-Lite 17" Mechanical Fan (std. rotation). Steel hub (Blue Painted) with 6 Stainless Steel flex blades. Riveted construction. Slotted mounting holes for fitment onto spacer. Will fit 1 3/4" and 2 1/8" spacer holes for 5/16" diameter screws. 5/8" center hole. USED. In great condition. No dings or loose rivets. DISCONTINUED. Price $45.00.

Stock Car Products (SCP) billet aluminum 2" Fan Spacer. Has 3/4" hole for racing water pumps and 5/8" front boss for fan mounting. Dual bolt pattern on both ends 1 3/4" and 2 1/8". Fan end tapped 5/16-24 NF. USED. In great condition.

Allstar aluminum 1/2" Fan Spacer (extension). Black anodized. Has 3/4" female pilot hole for racing water pump and 5/8" front boss for fan mounting. Dual bolt pattern 1 3/4" and 2 1/8". Holes NOT tapped. USED about one week. Price $30.00.

Bushing for 3/4" OD and 5/8" ID. for standard Chevy water pump. Price $12.00.

Installation Hardware for mounting onto water pump and fan. Have Studs, Nuts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers. Price $45.00 with stainless steel hardware, ARP nuts and aircraft screws.

Notes/Suggestions:

If you are removing a clutch fan setup, the spacer length should remain the same for the above fan if you have the stock fan shroud.

If you use studs for the attachment to the water pump, it is recommended to use Loc-Tite (blue) on the threads. Make sure the screw threads are only flush with the back side of the water pump flange (not protruding beyond flush) to assure no interference with the water pump body. Loc-Tite takes up to 24 hours to fully cure. Do NOT put the nuts and hardware on immediately. After assembly, do a trial fan rotation by hand (before belt installation) to assure that there is no interference with any other parts.

I used this setup with the SCP spacer only on my 1963 Corvette SB for many years. Chevy racing short water pump with 3/4" diameter boss. Stock fan shroud. Custom serpentine belt setup (one belt). A 160 degree Thermostat. Non AC car!

Must look at photos for installation. Protrusion of blades inside fan shroud very important.

My SS studs were designed and CNC machined for this application. Have 5/16-24 NF threads on both ends.

Will sell Fan, 2" SCP Spacer, Bushing and Hardware as a kit for $130.00. With 1/2" Spacer extension add $20.00.
