I am looking for 2 to 5 acres of unrestricted Land in Arkansas Ozarks!
No POAs - No HOAs - No subdivisions!

Must be reasonable and owner financed to a retired senior on social security.
Prefer Baxter - Izard - Stone counties.

I have a very nice 2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic I would trade for $8000 down payment with monthly payments around $200!

I will also consider "fixer upper" if the price is right! I don't want some ridiculously priced property, I know what land is selling for.
