Mountain Home Room Needed

I’m looking to rent a room out from somebody, I will share utilities and food costs also cooking and cleaning responsibilities even yard work duties if required, drug and alcohol free environment preferably non smoking or pets as well. The cost of living is extremely high for most people and multiple income homes seem to do better at the moment so I’m checking options.

I work full time and have a steady income, no drama or friends to disrupt the peace of the household and can meet in public place beforehand to discuss matters further. Simply looking for a person who may have extra space available and could use the relief on bills, rent and food and even perhaps some form of company granted the situation is not perverted or weird in any way.
