Looking to move to southern Missouri by this coming July. Need a place to sleep and a dry place for my books and tools. I can help out I'm very handy and a decent cook. Most of my time will be spent looking for a small place in the country to remodel or a place to build new. A site that has either a well or septic or both would be great.
