I have over 33 years experience in the trades. I’ve framed everything from the most extravagant to plain and simple. I do it all. In the last 15 years I have focused more on projects that make the best use of the square footage my clients already have and making it far better to meet their needs. Whether it’s finishing a basement, vaulting a ceiling, rearranging or removing walls that are more compatible with the clients needs, everything meets or exceeds code. I do my estimates in 2 sections. The first part is the material estimate. I do a material take off estimate where the material will come in at. At the end of each phase we tally up the receipts and then I’m reimbursed. I do not guarantee this part of the estimate, due to price fluctuations and sometimes a little less or more material is needed. I also don’t make anything on this part of the estimate. On the second part of my estimate I do a labor estimate. This part I do guarantee. I also don’t get paid until the project is done and you’re 100% satisfied. This is the policy that I have had throughout my entire careering it has served myself and my clients well and it enables my clients to see exactly how and where the numbers add up. When I give them my estimate, I also give them a long list of references so they can check for themselves that I say what I do and do what I say.
I always enjoy meeting potential new clients and walking their projects with them and discussing the possibilities and what the need
