We are a nationwide above-ground pool company that has been selling and installing pools since 1982. We are now hiring sales reps for the 2026 pool season in Springfield, MO. We are looking for interested commission only sales representatives who can start immediately. No telemarketing, no door to door, and no cold calling. All advertising is done w/ TV and Internet. All appts are preset. Every customer is prequalified for a loan. Pools ranging from $399-$10,000. Options for every budget.

-Avg weekly commission ranging from $2500-$3500
-Sales reps will average 2-3 appts a day
-12-14 appts a week
-Closing average is 40%-50%
-Sell 5-6 pools a week -$600-$700 Average commission per pool
-Additional end of season Sales Bonus
-$25.00 per appointment guarantee
-90 minute in home presentation
-Sales Reps must be available 6 days a week including weekends
-24 Week Pool Season
