Could end up being a boat anchor. I haven't used this in a while and unsure if anybody is still installing commercial carpet over pad. With all of the carpet tile being used this could also be wall art. I would imagine hotel ballrooms maybe getting broadloom over pad. Actually I was using this stretcher in residential for years before I bought a junior stretcher. Comes with 9 tubes.
