Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, Potential overtime of 2 Fridays per month

We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you can read blueprints, measure with precision, and produce clean, consistent welds, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing team. Welder - MIG Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components according to engineering drawings and production specifications
- Complete welds up to 4 feet in length while maintaining quality and consistency
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring devices
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, fitting, and positioning components
- Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations
Welder - MIG Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Proficient in using a tape measure and performing accurate measurements
- Experience welding carbon steel
- TIG welding experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welding certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a welding helmet, gloves, and safety glasses
- Ability to work overtime as needed to support production crew required
- Ability to work 10-12 hours per day with appropriate breaks and lunches
